Shipping policy
At Wellness by Davlie, we strive to process and ship all orders within 5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We use trusted carriers to ensure timely delivery. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders.
Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, you will be notified via email and given the option to receive a refund or wait for the item to be restocked. Estimated restock dates will be provided when available.
Delivery Delays
While we work hard to meet our shipping timelines, unforeseen delays due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volumes may occur. Davlie is not responsible for delays once orders have been shipped.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. Davlie is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Davlie is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve delivery issues.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 2 days of delivery at lieah@wellnessbydavlie.com so we can promptly resolve the issue.
